  • 2 large eggs

  1. Cut the avocado into two parts, remove the seed inside. Take out the inside with a spoon and slice it.
  2. Finely chop the cheese. If using red bell pepper, finely chop.
  3. Grease the pan with butter and heat it. While the pan heats up, whisk the eggs with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Take the beaten eggs into the pan and when the bottom is slightly separated, shake the pan so that it is completely separated from the pan.
  5. Sprinkle all the sliced ​​ingredients on half of the omelet.
  6. Fold the omelet with the help of a spatula and transfer it to the serving plate. Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper, if desired.
