Avocado Salad – Easy Guacamole

Hello Dear Friends,

Before the New Year, I wanted to give a very practical guacamole recipe that you can serve with lavash chips or on bread. I am sure it will be a delicious start for those who want to taste avocados before but do not dare.

In the original recipe that I shared on my blog for years ( Mutfaksirlari.com), there were many other ingredients such as jalapeno pepper, fresh coriander and lime. It is not possible for everyone to reach these all the time, so I prepared a recipe that is a little easier and suitable for us. Hot lovers can also add finely chopped hot peppers.

Ingredients for Avocado Salad – Easy Guacamole Recipe

• 1 ripe avocado
• 4-5 cherry tomatoes
• half of 1 red onion
• 1 cloves of garlic
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tea spoon salt
• 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional)

Avocado Salad – How to Make Easy Guacamole Recipe

1. Chop the onion. Cut the avocado into two parts on a knife. Take out the core, chop the inside with the help of a knife and take it into the bowl with a spoon.
2. Chop the tomatoes and transfer to the bowl, crush the garlic and add.
3. Add salt, optionally black pepper, lemon juice, chopped parsley (coriander if available) and olive oil to the bowl and mix well and serve.
