Avocado is one of my favorite fruits. Simply, it can be made into a salad with different fruits and vegetables, even meat. The best part is that it can be served as a side dish with meat dishes.
There are a few tricks to consider when choosing avocados. First of all, if you are going to use it right away, make sure that the avocado you buy is ripe. If you are going to keep it for a few days, you can get it in hard avocado.
So how do you spot a ripe avocado? Ripe avocados are soft and the skin is shiny. When you shake the fruit, you hear the sound of the seed inside. If you can't hear it, press the top of it. If it collapses slightly inward, it has reached the consistency to be eaten.

Ingredients for Avocado Salad Recipe
- 3 ripe avocados
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- Salt
How to Make Avocado Salad Recipe?
- Peel the avocados, cut them in half and slice thinly.
- Crush the garlic, mix well with olive oil and lemon.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Arrange the avocados on the serving plate first, then garnish with the tomatoes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over your salad and serve.
Note: You can add salt to the sauce or to the last salad.
