Hello Dear Friends,

Today, after a busy week, we decided to stay home for a bit and get things done. When 2 people entered, things ended sooner than we thought. I tasted it at the guest house I went to last week. Ashura Cake I decided to try the recipe.

delicious cakes

The name sounds a little interesting at first, you think what's in it :) Ashura It is a dessert with rich ingredients and dry legumes, but our cake does not contain legumes. Instead, there are figs, walnuts, apricots, hazelnuts, pistachios and grapes left over from Ashura. Of course, coconut grater and cinnamon are also indispensable.

If you don't have any leftover nuts and dried fruit left over from ashura, you can try apricot and walnut mixed nuts. Especially those with dry blueberries give a super flavor and you don't have to deal with it because the dried fruits are already chopped.

Earlier Tips for Making Cake I wrote at length. If you are having trouble baking a cake, I recommend you to read this article as well.

Note: You can also add 1 teaspoon of orange zest according to your taste.

Hello there. I like your page very much and I try the recipes often. This cake looks so delicious. What can I use instead of sugar while making this cake? They say it is dangerous to cook molasses. What is your opinion? thank you
