Ingredients for Artichoke Heart Salad Recipe
1 can of canned artichoke hearts
5 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumbers
1 pack of mediterranean greens
100 g parmesan cheese
Olive oil
The juice of half a lemon
croutons and grissini to decorate
salt
Fabrication :
1- Wash the Mediterranean greens in 1-2 waters and leave to drain.
2- Remove the artichoke hearts from the jar and drain.
3- Wash and slice tomatoes and cucumbers
4- First take the greens in the middle of the serving plate, then arrange 1 artichoke heart, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 tomato slice as in the photo.
5- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and add salt.
6- Finally, add the parmesan cheese that you sliced thinly. Serve garnished with croutons and grissini.
