Hello Dear Friends,

Today I have a recipe that fathers and wives especially love. You all know that Turkish men are very fond of meat dishes. While preparing this recipe, you can think of it as 150 – 200 g of meat per person.

Those who want it to be more colorful can add some tomato paste before adding the onions. After frying a little, they can add the meat, onion and water.

Peeling shallots is quite troublesome compared to normal. Fill a large bowl with water to make peeling easier. Take the shallots with their skins into a bowl filled with water and leave for 1-2 hours. You will find that it peels off much easier this way.
