Red Lentil Soup with Barley Noodles

The expectation of snow in Istanbul started to increase the demand for soup on the tables. This time, I decided to prepare a mixed version of two different soups that I like :)
Of course these barley noodle ve red lentil soups It happened :) Those who know know that lentils like noodles and pasta taste very good. same in green lentil soup with noodles as are.
Of course, when the parsley in the barley noodle and the red pepper oil in the lentils were included, a colorful winter soup emerged...

Ingredients for Red Lentil Soup with Barley Noodles
- 1 cup of red lentils
- 5 tablespoons of barley vermicelli
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste (tomato & pepper mixed)
- salt
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 7 water glass of water
For service:
- chopped parsley
- olive oil
- red chili powder or cayenne pepper
How to Make Red Lentil Soup with Barley Noodles?
- Finely chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
- Put the butter in the pan, add the onion and garlic and fry until they turn pink.
- Add the tomato paste, add the washed and drained red lentils and fry quickly.
- Add the barley vermicelli, salt and hot water and cook on medium heat until the lentils and vermicelli are soft.
- Serve with chopped parsley and hot red pepper olive oil, if desired.
