Bulgur Rice with Pepper and Barley Noodles
I had an incredibly enjoyable time in Ayvalık for the last 2 days. The night we stayed on Cunda Island and the boat tour we took was perfect.
We stayed for 1 night on Cunda Island, we made new friends and had pleasant conversations. I learned a lot about Ayvalık cuisine. I will share them with you as soon as possible. I will even prepare a nice article and give a lot of details.
One of the most delicious holiday recipes, Bulgur Pilaf with Barley Vermicelli is just as good in color as Aunt Melek's spices are thrown while brewing the rice for the last time.

Ingredients for Barley Noodles Peppered Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
- 2 cup bulgur wheat
- half cup of barley vermicelli
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoons of oil
- 2 hot or sweet chili peppers
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 3 cup of hot water
- salt

How to Make Bulgur Pilaf with Pepper with Barley Noodles Recipe?
- Chop the onion and peppers for cooking, fry them in oil in a pan until they turn pink.
- Add the tomatoes to the fried onions and cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the washed and drained bulgur and half a glass of barley vermicelli to the pot.
- Add salt and 3 glasses of water and cook it first on high heat, when the water boils, on low heat until the water is gone.
- While the rice is brewing, add mint and red pepper flakes and mix. Close the lid of the pot and let it brew for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
