Another soup my mother cooks that I crave whenever I'm sick is Barley Noodle Soup with Onions. When there is no onion in it, the taste is lacking to me. The most important trick here is to chop the onion and garlic very small. I also like green pepper in it, but I don't put it as the river extracts. Even before adding the parsley, I reserve 1 bowl for it and then add the parsley.

- half of 1 small onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup tomato puree or grated
