Aromatic Bag – Spice Bag
mirpua I told you about the aromatic bag while explaining its preparation and use. Its aromatic bag is also used as a flavoring in the preparation of meat, fish and vegetable juices, just like mirpua.

It can also be used to increase the flavor of dishes that are cooked for a long time, especially meat pots.
Although the aromatic bag materials may vary according to the type of meat, the general materials are like this.
Ingredients for Aromatic Bag – Spice Bag Recipe
- Half a head of garlic (transversely sliced with peels)
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaf
- 8-10 black peppercorns
Fabrication:
- Put the aromatic bag materials in a clean piece of cloth and tie them like a bundle.
- Use it in meat and vegetable broth or in long-cooked meat dishes by throwing it in the pot.
- Remove the bag from the pot before serving the food.
