Ingredients for Pear Tart Recipe

  • 1 plain ready-made cake base (You can also use leftover cakes instead of ready-made cake base),
  • 2 pear,
  • 1 cup (60 g) granulated sugar,
  • 4 cloves,
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
  • Carte d'Or Classic Milk Chocolate Ice Cream

How to Make Pear Tart Recipe?

  1. Peel and thinly slice the pears.
  2. Put it in a saucepan with granulated sugar, cloves, cinnamon and 1 glass of water.
  3. Remove the pears until they are soft and cook the remaining sauce until it thickens.
  4. Take out circles from the base of the cake with a wide-mouthed glass, soak them with the sauce in the pot.
  5. Arrange the pears on top.
  6. Serve with Carte d'Or Classic Milk Chocolate Ice Cream.
