Hello Dear Friends,

I continue to prepare refined sugar-free snacks for my lady of the river. It gives me pleasure to come up with spontaneous recipes from the yoghurt I make for him with the flour I have in hand, or from the fruits that have grown in some way, in these days when we are closed to home. The interesting thing is, I don't know from the smell, I think he understands what is being cooked for him, but he is around me from the moment it comes out of the oven until I take a picture :)

Ingredients for Apple Raisin Sugar Free Cookies Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons apple zest (half an apple)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1,5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Fabrication:

  1. Mix apple zest, raisins, eggs and butter with a spoon.
  2. Add cinnamon, orange zest, 1 cup of flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the remaining half cup of flour little by little and knead the dough.
  4. Divide it into 12 pieces and roll them in your hands and place them on the baking tray on which you have greased paper at intervals.
  5. If desired, dip a hazelnut in the middle and bake for 180-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 15 degrees.
  6. Serve the cooled cookies.
