Apple Quince Dessert

My 3-month professional education at Kadir Has University comes to an end with a presentation I will make on a dish I have chosen tomorrow, and my 3-month internship in Istanbul Culinary begins. It's amazing how time goes by so fast :)

Ingredients for Apple Quince Dessert Recipe
- 3 quinces
- 350 gr granulated sugar
- 3 medium apples
- 2 cloves
- ground cinnamon
- enough water (depends on the size of the pot)
Fabrication:
- Wash the quinces and cut them into two halves. Carve out the middle parts by removing the cores.
- Grate the apples. Put the quinces in the pot and fill the grated apples inside.
- Add sugar, quince seeds and enough water to rise slightly above half of the quinces and cook on low heat until the quinces are soft.
- Carefully place the softened quinces on the baking tray. Pour the syrup that thickens in the pot onto the tray.
- Bake the quinces in a preheated oven at 30 degrees for 180 minutes.
- Drizzle with the remaining syrup on the tray and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
