Apple Pie – Ingredients for Mom Pie Recipe
- 1 medium egg
- 1 cup of butter (200 ml glass)
- half a glass of granulated sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 3 glasses of flour (200 ml glass)

- 4 sweet apples
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Fabrication:
- Take butter, eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla in a deep mixing bowl and mix them with the help of a spoon.
- Start kneading by adding 2 cups of flour on top. Add the last glass of flour little by little and knead a dough that does not stick to the hand and the kneading bowl.
- Separate one third of the dough you prepared, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer. (It needs to be frozen because it will be grated)
- Lay the remaining dough in a lightly oiled tart mold and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
- Peel and grate the apples. Take grated apple, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium-sized skillet and roast them on medium heat until the water evaporates and remove from the heat to cool.
- Spread the cooled apple mortar on the dough you have laid in the mold. Take the piece of dough you put in the freezer and grate it using the coarse side of the grater.
- Sprinkle the grated frozen tart dough on top of the apple mortar and bake your tart in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until the top is golden brown (25 minutes).
- Take the baked apple pie out of the oven, when it comes to room temperature, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
