Apple Lemon Cookie
Hello Dear Friends,
The unstable atmosphere of Istanbul surprised our entire balance. We can be a good day a bad day, energetic in the morning and a headache in the evening :) My favorite thing in such stunning weather is to make cookies. The house is messy, there are a lot of things waiting, etc. When my mind goes to cookies, it all sounds like a buzz :)
Of course, I'm also not thinking about how I can find something more delicious and challenging for you (let's have a long laugh here) Apple Puff Cookies you already know. This time, the dough has a structure that disperses in the mouth, on the contrary. lemon cookies quite delicious.
I took out 8 cookies because my lemon bowl was a little big. Thanks to their size, I think you can only finish one of them with a cup of tea :) But their aunts; The consistency is so good, so delicious, it's like an apple pie :)
For friends who have problems with cookie dough, this time I brought the butter to room temperature and put it in a tea glass. 70 g of butter makes up to 1 tea glass. 1 Turkish coffee cup of oil is 65 gr.
Since the rest is already known, I did not weigh them one by one, but if you want, you can look at the dimensions.
Love…
