Apple Cinnamon Rolls
Hello Dear Friends,
We came to the last day of the week, thanks to the better weather this week, we felt the energy of spring a little more. I hope it will be a little better next week because we decided to take a short getaway after evaluating the April 23 holiday. We will visit as many places as we can in 3 days :) So I have a high chance of sharing different recipes from the places I went to next week :)
I think apple pie is as delicious as apple pie. Thanks to the salt of the yufka, it turns into a slightly sweet salty flavor that I like. While preparing this recipe, calculate as 1 medium apple per phyllo. If you are going to make 3 phyllo, that is, 24 pies, it will be enough to use 3 medium apples.
You can add crushed walnuts or hazelnuts according to your taste in your pastry.

Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Pie Recipe
- 2 pieces of dough
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar
For the apple stuffing:
- 2 medium apples
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 3-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon of raisins, optional
Fabrication:
- Wash the apples and grate them with the peel. Take the butter, apple zest, sugar in the pan and sauté on medium heat until the apples are caramelized.
- When the sugar melts and the apple becomes caramelized, add cinnamon and raisins, mix and remove the mortar from the stove.
- Lay the dough on the counter and divide it into 8 equal triangles, put 1 teaspoon of apple mortar on the wide part and wrap it. Do the same for the remaining 15 phyllo dough.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry in plenty of hot oil, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
I'll definitely try it over the weekend, good luck :)
I have baklava phyllo dough waiting in my cupboard for a while, I was looking for a suitable recipe. I will try the apple recipe with them. The photos are amazing and congratulations.
Your hands look great :)
Your hands look very delicious. I just want to do something I want to ask you. How about we oil it and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees instead of frying it? As you know, I thought that we would reduce the calories a little for both health and wellness :))
Before making 8 pieces of dough, grease it with melted margarine or butter and proceed to other processes. And preferably prepare it the night before and put it in the fridge so that it collects oil. If you bake in the morning, I'm sure you'll pray :)
