Hello dear friends,

First of all, let me say that I miss you very, very much, so that I can win the hearts of those who have been waiting for a recipe from me for almost a week :)

Sad events and work-related hustle and bustle that shook us all, sitting on the Turkish agenda one after another, caused me to take a short break.

For the last week, I was only able to sit in front of the computer for work, while the intensity of the internship was in the evenings and the photography jobs waiting for me at the weekend.

Of course, I realized how my days intertwined with food in the nights spent at home with simple snacks distracted me from cooking for myself at home.

Even though it's late tonight, I decided to go to the kitchen at home and prepare something nice. Of course, instead of tidying up the kitchen after the meal, I started to write to you, so it's a mess.

soft cutlet

Usually, we all like to eat cutlets… We want to cook these delicious meats at home, as well as in restaurants, but for some reason it becomes very dry and slippery. Now I will give you the secret of how to prepare juicy and tender cutlets at home.

The first step is to seal the meat to keep the juice inside. If possible, you can seal your meat on the grill or in a cast iron skillet over high heat.

If you don't have a cast iron pan or grill, you can put a little butter in a regular pan and seal the meat on one side and then the other.

In the Culinary School section, I'll be doing a detailed lecture on meat sealing soon. See you soon, love...

Hello, it looks very delicious. I love mustard and meat together, but I have never eaten meat with pistachio. But I will definitely try. Health to your hands.

I'm looking forward to your post on sealing, and I'm unsuccessful at cooking meat with tender juiciness. I had read articles about sealing, but I did not dare to try it without learning it fully, I think I can do it thanks to your detailed explanation. Love…
