Mint Pea Soup
Mother's Day Menu - Ingredients for Mother's Ohh Day Recipe
- 2 cups fresh peas
- Half a vine of fresh mint
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium potatoes
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 liter chicken stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon of oil + 1 tablespoon of butter
- optional for those who want thick consistency (1 small potato)
- salt
- black pepper

- Grind the onion and garlic in the robot. Wash the peas and let them drain.
- Put it on the stove with the oil and butter, add the onion and garlic on it. Add a little salt and sauté. Add the diced potatoes to the pinking onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the peas and fry them until they turn slightly yellow. (Add with the peas if you're going to use potatoes).
- Add the broth and cook until the peas are soft.
- Grind the mints in the processor and add to the peas.
- Pass the soup through the blender, boil for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove. Serve with cream.
Chicken Wrap with Vegetables

- 2 chicken breast
interior materials:
- half of 1 onion
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 red peppers
- 1 yellow or green pepper
- 250 g spinach
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil

- Open the chickens at the butcher's and lightly beat them.
- Run the onion through the robot. Cut the peppers in julienne, finely chop the mushrooms.
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop coarsely after drying.
- Put the onion in the pot, add oil and salt and sauté until lightly pink.
- Add the pepper and mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.
- Finally, add the spinach and sauté for 2 more minutes and remove from the stove.
- Spread the chickens side by side on the cutting board. Roll it by putting the inner mortar you prepared in the middle and fasten it with a toothpick so that it does not open.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 185 degrees until golden brown (approximately 25 minutes).

- 1 liter milk
- 1 coffee cup of rice flour
- 1 tablespoons of starch
- 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 3 parts mastic (crushed)
- 1 spoonful butter
Fabrication :
- Take the rice flour and wheat starch in a bowl, add 1 glass of milk and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Put the remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the reserved rice flour milk to the pot and the crushed mastic gum and boil it, stirring until it gets the consistency of pudding.
- Add the butter to the pudding pudding and mix it with a mixer for 2-3 minutes and divide it into glasses. Serve garnished.
