Pineapple and Coconut Cake
Every weekend I say I will do something but live broadcast My pineapple, which I neglected in his rush, was finally starting to soften. When I picked it up today, when I saw that it was slowly starting to mold under it, I thought it would be too late if I delayed it a little longer and prepared the most practical recipe I could think of.
The taste of the pineapple and coconut cake is even better than its smell :) I decided to bake it in one of my cast iron pans because I got bored of using the cake molds at home. I decided on my Skillet Square pan because I wanted it to look different.
Since the pan is completely cast iron, it can be used easily in the oven. If you oil it well, it will separate from the cake even more easily from the cake mold.

I tried this recipe but I don't know if I did something wrong. It smells great, but it was never cooked inside. I cooked for 50 minutes. The outside is fried, the inside is still dough… :/
I'm sure it will be very nice
My dear pineapple cake a few years ago, Selcuk Kuzu, the chef of a famous hotel, quickly made it and presented it on the TV show, it looked very nice and good. I have never tried it, but when I see your recipe, I will try it as soon as possible, because it looks super in the photos. . love eskankal.
I also have pineapple at home. How long have I had an idea to make a cake like this? But I can't get enough of it to see how it tastes. Since you said that it tastes better than its smell, I got the enthusiasm to try it :) Good luck to you..
