Hello Dear Friends,

Another week passed. As you follow, my blog is very busy these days :) It's a time when I can give a lot of gifts to my dear followers. I hope this year will always be like this with lots of interaction with you…

Apart from that, days pass between housework, company work, kitchen work. I also do bazaar and market tours whenever I get the chance :)

green salad

Kohlrabi (Radish Cabbage) in other words "kohlrabiI met ” at the market this week. While examining this strange plant that looks like an alien, the marketer showed the plate that he sliced and squeezed a lot of lemon. When I tasted it, I was quite surprised by the beauty of the taste of something that looks raw.

Kohlrabi is an edible cabbage the size of an orange. It can be boiled or steamed just like brussels sprouts, and it can also be used in salads like radish. We preferred to consume it with the fish and we liked it very well with the salad.

Rumor has it that it also regulates blood sugar, but I don't know much about it. Therefore, I do not want to mislead.

As an alternative to the salad I have given the recipe for, you can grate the same grated radish with the carrots in the salad and serve it with only olive oil and lemon juice.

Love…
