I said that I attended a lot of events in the past weeks. Another of these events is that we were together with Gülten Kara at Chef's Istanbul. Fairyorganized by "Food and Dish“It was effective. One of the biggest surprises of the event was that Ayşe Tüter joined us there.

We had a pleasant conversation with Ms. Gülten and Ms. Ayşe, where we prepared wonderful dishes consisting of soup with basil, tenderloin with tahini and eggplant sauce, balsamic steak and white chocolate cheesecake, and shared tips. After the meal, we had the chance to wash our dishes with Fairy and try it. A detergent that gives very good results in hand washing.

My Mediterranean style pasta was actually prepared with leftovers from the pasta I had boiled a day before. If you want to make this pasta even more delicious, you can add some yogurt or mayonnaise. Let me tell you that it is a great match with watermelon in this heat. Love…

Ingredients for Mediterranean Pasta Recipe

Half a pack of pasta
2 medium tomatoes
2 pinch of parsley
juice of half a lemon
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
10-12 black olives
100 g of feta cheese
4-5 leaves of lettuce
salt
1 teaspoon dried basil (or 1 pinch fresh basil)

How to Make Mediterranean Pasta Recipe?

1- Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes and drain.
2- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the lettuce and parsley.
3- Chop the cheeses into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the olives and chop them.
4- Take all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt and mix.
5- Serve warm or cold.
