Mediterranean cuisine is the key to a healthy life, with flavor and diversity. This rich cuisine, which is generally based on fresh vegetables, fruits and olive oil, includes items that I have always enjoyed. These include olive oil dishes, colorful salads and various types of olive oil.

You can create excellent flavors by adding cheese varieties to your salad. If you don't want to say that you can have a Mediterranean salad without Mediterranean greens, you will, but if you have these greens, your salad will be even better :)

Tonight, although the spouses want juicy meaty, heavy meals, you can make a green salad for yourself and decorate it with cubed white cheese, or you can consume this delicious salad with a bowl of yogurt.

Of course, if you say, like me, I'll put a lot of olive oil on this, I'll eat bread, woe to you! What I mean is that you can both eat healthy and get rid of excess weight easily. Of course, you should pay attention to the amount of olive oil and bread you consume.
