Airfryer Recipes: Garlic Parsley French Fries

This recipe developed so spontaneously you wouldn't believe it. I had put fresh potatoes in water to do something else. While I was preparing breakfast, they caught my eye and became a breakfast companion 😄 I think I tasted the garlic and parsley french fries years ago when I was on vacation in Muğla.
Usually, lemon, garlic and parsley are mixed and poured as a sauce on the potatoes, but I wanted it to take its sourness from strained yogurt and prepared it this way. You adjust it to your taste.

Airfryer Recipes: Ingredients for Garlic Parsley French Fries Recipe
- 3-4 fresh potatoes
- 1 large cloves of garlic
- 1 large pinch of parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Pulp pepper
- Thyme
- Strained yoghurt
Fabrication:
- Wash the potatoes by brushing, chop the fries with the skin.
- Bake in an airfryer at 1 degrees for 200 minutes with 10 tablespoon of oil.
- While hot, add the garlic and chopped parsley, if desired, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Take the strained yogurt on a serving plate. Serve with the potato you mixed on top.
