How Is Acuka Made?

Hello Dear Friends,

Acuka recipe is also one of the recipes that are made different from the palate to the palate in its simplest form, from home to home for many appetizers / breakfast. Since I don't like the rawness of tomato paste, I definitely roast it. I can increase or decrease the spice as you wish. The most important thing in this recipe is the salt of the tomato paste, especially if the pepper is very salty, you can reduce the pepper and increase the amount of tomato paste.

You can pull the breads and serve them in a lumpy way by simply chopping the walnuts or adding them by crushing them in a mortar. It can also be stored for a long time in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

You can also watch my other appetizer recipe videos, haydari and muhammara, and get an idea.
