One of my favorites among them is the spicy mash. As a matter of fact, mashing is a difficult recipe, but thanks to the developing culinary technologies, you can quickly prepare a rich and delicious recipe.

If you remove the seeds of the tomatoes and crush them with the remaining flesh, your mash will be both delicious and not watered down. Of course, you can easily use the inner part of the tomatoes in your meals without harming them.

Tomato seeds are at the top of the list of things to consider when making a paste. I will also enrich my paste with walnuts and sesame seeds. But before using the sesame, I will roast it a little in a pan without oil, so that its oil and smell will come out, and I will add a unique taste to the paste. You can also roast your walnuts for a short time in a pan without oil.

Believe me, you can change the result with such a small detail.


Ingredients for Hot Paste Recipe

  • Half a glass of walnuts
  • 5 medium sized tomatoes (you can peel them if you want)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 stalks of spring onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Quarter bunch of fresh mint
  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • 2 capsicum red peppers
  • 4-5 hot peppers
  • 1 Mexican or dried chili pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Pomegranate Syrup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sumac
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly roasted sesame

How to Make a Spicy Paste Recipe?

  1. Wash all materials, sort and dry. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, separate the juicy and seeded parts.
  2. Take a turn into the large bowl of the Hotpoint Multifunctional Blender until it gets smaller and take it into a deep bowl.
  3. Peel and chop the onion and garlic into large pieces and put them in the bowl.
  4. Cut the peppers crosswise, remove the seeds and put them in the bowl with the walnuts.
  5. Take the spring onions, mint and parsley into the large bowl of the Blender and chop them all.
  6. Add all the chopped ingredients to the tomatoes.
  7. Add spices, tomato paste, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup and optionally olive oil to the paste and mix.
  8. Check the taste and if it needs hot, add a little more chili pepper or chilli pepper.
  9. Fry the sesame seeds in a pan without oil. (It will not burn, it will only slightly change colors.)
  10. Add the sesame seeds to the paste, mix gently one last time and serve.
