Pumpkin Mucver

Finally, let me give you a kitchen secret. The longer you wait before cooking, the more watery it gets and you have to add flour. Try to squeeze out the juice of the zucchini as much as possible, if the consistency is thick due to the flour you add, it's okay. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and it will come to its full consistency.
If you don't want your mucver to be too oily, take it out on a paper towel-lined plate when you fry it.

Ingredients for Zucchini Mucver Recipe
- 4 medium zucchini
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 3 coffee cups Flour (Turkish coffee cup)
- 4-5 stalks of spring onions
- 1 small bunch of dill
- 1 pinch of fresh mint
- Salt, pepper
- Oil for frying
Fabrication:
- After peeling and washing the zucchini, grate it.
- Strain the grated zucchini by squeezing the juice with your hand. Finely chop the spring onions, dill and mint and mix with the zucchini.
- Add the egg and flour and make a slurry.
- Heat the oil in a pan, pour the mixture you prepared into the hot oil with a tablespoon and fry it on both sides.
- Serve hot or cold.

The flour is not enough…it should have a thick consistency anyway. After standing for a while, it releases itself. If you spread it in a thin layer, it will be cooked inside…
If you eat it with garlic yoghurt, it's even better. It's my personal favorite dish.
