Plateau Soup (from Leftover Rice)

Today we are adding a new one to our practical, delicious and economical recipes :)
As a matter of fact, it is a recipe prepared by our mothers before them. Skilful and practical-minded ladies find a way to make use of everything that grows in the kitchen.
One of these examples is rice… I wanted to share with you the first 3 ways that come to my mind to evaluate pilaf. The first of these rice salad, after which it takes a little more effort but makes you eat your fingers meatballs and finally spring soup :)
The most important feature that makes the highland soup delicious is the addition of a yoghurt dressing, and this sometimes scares even the masters, let alone the beginners.
When I first started cooking, I avoided making seasoned recipes, then I succeeded in preparing uninterrupted seasonings by following 1-2 tricks.
When making a decent meal, first of all, be careful not to use the egg white, only the yolk is enough. Another important point is to increase the temperature by adding the water of the dish after whisking the yoghurt and egg well, it is also called getting used to it or warming it up. The last important point is to add salt, if you add the salt before you take your seasoned food from the stove, you will greatly reduce the chance of it being cut.

Ingredients for Plateau Soup (from Leftover Rice) Recipe
- 1 fingers missing from 2 glass of rice (may be more or less)
- 1 cups of broth
- 4 water glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of red paprika
- 1 fingers missing yoghurt from 2 glass of water
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
Fabrication:
- Put the water and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the rice.
- Whisk the egg yolk and yogurt well in a bowl.
- Add 2 scoops of yoghurt from the boiling soup water and mix.
- Keep stirring the soup while slowly adding the seasoning to the soup.
- While the soup is boiling on low heat, add the mint and chili peppers.
- After boiling for 10 more minutes, add salt, mix and serve by taking it from the stove.
Plateau soup is ok, your pot is great, even your presentations are officially decoration stylish elegant magnificent..

Two teaspoons of flour mixed with two spoons of flour in a two-liter pot. put milk and cook for five minutes. after boiling by stirring, yoghurt and egg yolk are mixed; It is turned off when it boils for a minute or two…

I tried it today, it was very good, I think it is easier to make it without flour anyway, there is starch in the rice and it gives the taste of broth, I say try it.
