Ingredients for Whole Wheat Herb Pancakes Recipe
- 2 large eggs
- 1 glasses of water (200 ml)
- 1 cups of milk (200 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of curd cheese
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1,5 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- Quarter bunch of parsley
- Quarter bunch of dill
Fabrication:
- Place the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk gently to mix easily.
- Add water and milk and continue whisking.
- Add the whole wheat flour and olive oil and beat again.
- Add salt, cottage cheese and finely chopped herbs and mix well.
- Lightly grease the crepe pan. Pour 1 ladle of batter into the heated pan and cook until the edges of the crepe separate from the pan.
- Cook the other side and place on a serving plate.
- Follow the same procedure for a total of 5 crepes.
