Today I have a healthy and delicious recipe for you. Whole wheat flour pastry with dill! While whole wheat flour increases the nutritional value of traditional white flour, dill adds a distinct flavor to these pastries with its freshness and aroma. The cheese inside completes its taste.

Ingredients for Whole Wheat Flour and Dill Pastry Recipe
- 1 egg (white inside, yolk on top) white 35 g
- Half a tea glass of yoghurt (100g)
- Half a glass of butter (100g)
- Half a glass of oil (75 g)
- 4,5 cups PanPan Whole Wheat Flour (1 cup 95 g)
- 1 package baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- half a bunch of dill
For:
- feta cheese
For the top:
- Sesame
- black seed
- in-core
Fabrication:
- Take yoghurt, room temperature butter and oil in the kneading bowl, add egg white and mix.
- Start kneading by adding 3 cups of PanPan whole wheat flour, salt, vinegar and baking powder.
- Continue kneading by adding flour until the dough comes together. Add finely chopped dill.
- Tear off tangerine-sized pieces from the collected dough and roll them in your hands.
- Press the dough and flatten it, cover it with grated white cheese.
- Place the pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle black cumin, sesame seeds and seeds on top.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
