Turkey meat is not preferred because it is both hard, lean and dry. The meatball recipe that I will share with you this time is as soft and delicious as it is budget friendly. It has become a practical and saving recipe that I have been making frequently for the last 2-3 months at home and thrown in the freezer.

The low fat and high protein content of turkey meat makes it popular in diet lists.

The turkey meat we make with meatballs is both softer and more juicy. You can make your job much easier by portioning the meatballs and throwing them in the freezer.

Materials:

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin

Fabrication:

  1. Add the cubed turkey breast, onion, garlic, egg and breadcrumb seasonings to the glass bowl of the blender and grind until it turns into minced meat.
  2. Oil your hands and prepare the meatballs in the size you want, arrange them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator.
  3. After the meatballs you have prepared have rested for a while and cooked well, serve them by frying them in a lightly oiled pan.
