Tomato Soup with Rice

Tomato soup one of my all time favorite soups :) Roasted tomato soup and one of my favorite soup recipes… Although it is similar to rice soup, my rice soup recipe is much more abundant.
Tomato Soup with Rice is a recipe that will look like a medicine, especially for those who are looking for an alternative recipe for iftar, with its consistency and satiety. Moreover, thanks to the fertile rice in the soup, it gets denser as it waits. With the addition of water before heating, it both multiplies and gets a wonderful consistency.
If you want to take the flavor of this soup to the next level homemade vegetables, Meat Water or chicken water you can use.

Ingredients for Rice Tomato Soup Recipe
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 Turkish coffee cup with rice
- 5 – 5,5 glasses of water
- salt
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Fabrication:
- Put the butter, olive oil, tomato paste and flour in a saucepan. Fry it on medium heat without sticking the bottom until it smells.
- Add tomato puree and fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add the rice, water and salt and cook on medium heat, stirring until it boils.
- When the rice is cooked and the soup thickens, add the parsley and boil for 5 more minutes on low heat and serve.
You did not write a measurement for flour in the ingredients section.
