Ingredients for Meyhane Rice Recipe

– 200 g cubed meat (beef-lamb)
– 2 cups of rice
– 1 onion
– 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 4-5 tablespoons of oil (or 1 tablespoon of butter)
- salt
– 4 cups of boiling water for rice
– 3 cups of boiling water to cook the rice

Fabrication:

Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the rice, leave for 15 minutes and drain. fry the onion and meat in the oil. Then add the tomato paste and fry it well until the smell of the tomato paste comes out. Add 4 glasses of boiling water and discard the salt. Add the drained rice to the boiling water and mix. Close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the rice absorbs its water. Take it off the stove, let it rest a bit and serve… ENJOY…
