Hello Dear Friends,

My Strawberry Strawberry Cake with Strained Yogurt that will cheer up your palate this summer and make you make plenty of excuses to bake 🍓 I've come up with a cake recipe that definitely makes me regret that I haven't used strained yogurt while making cakes. So much so that it received full marks from all those who tasted it with its texture and taste. Since it is a very thick cake, the strawberries and chocolate chips you add into it are dispersed homogeneously without collapsing.

My muffin papers were cardboard and large, although 9-10 cakes came out. If you use smaller papers, 12 pieces will be comfortable.

Ingredients for Strawberry Strawberry Strawberry Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 1 teaspoon of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of strained yogurt
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 10 large strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Fabrication:
1. In a bowl, mix and sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
2. Beat the eggs and granulated sugar with the help of low speed and then high speed until it becomes like snow.
3. Add the butter and strained yoghurt that you have melted and brought to room temperature and continue whisking a little more.
4. Add the flour mixture. Finally, add the diced strawberries and chocolate chips and mix them with the help of a spatula.
5. When all the ingredients are mixed well, divide them into the muffin molds, leaving 1 finger space at the top.
6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-17 minutes and leave to cool. Serve the cooled cakes.
