Shrimp Casserole (with Cheddar)
Since it was Sunday yesterday, we thought we should go out a little and make use of the holy day of this beautiful weekend, first we went to Taksim, there is a store selling very nice batik dresses, we stopped by there, oh my God, what a 50% discount, I had the skirt and bodysuit I wanted since summer, we bought them. :)

Ingredients for Shrimp Casserole (with Cheddar)
- Half kilo shrimp
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 pepper
- 100 gr. cheddar cheese
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1/2 cup of water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- optional thyme
Fabrication:
- Prepare the shrimps by peeling their shells. Finely chop the onion and garlic, brown them in butter and add the shrimp.
- Add the tomatoes you cut into cubes and the peppers you cut into small squares to the shrimps.
- Add salt, pepper and water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Put it in the container you will use and cover it with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven until lightly browned. Serve hot…

I made it in the pan. Then I put it in souffle cups and put the cheddar on it and baked it.

It's a great recipe, I made it and my guests loved this practical yet delicious appetizer.
Note; yes, the water rate seems a little high, when I made it for the second time, I added less water and it was more suitable for my taste. Of course, this rate can also be adjusted according to the water rate of the tomato :)

this was great :) I think I missed a little water too much, but it was really delicious.. you told me to let me know if there is a recipe specific to where I am. I didn't try it frankly, but here is a flavor that I invented and discovered a little bit of my own boredom.
