Turkey Sauteed
The first day of Ramadan was quite stressful for me, my blog was closed for almost 7 hours due to excessive visitors. Of course, I was constantly upset by saying "why or why is this happening". The main reason for my sadness is that you were deprived of the recipes you were going to prepare for the evening.
We have taken all the measures we can for tomorrow, I hope we do not experience the same thing and do not let you experience it.
I was at the press conference of B/S/H home appliances held in Ortaköy Anjelique last night. Before leaving, I prepared cheese pie for suhoor and sauteed turkey for dinner for my wife.
Sauteed Turkey is a practical and delicious recipe, but as you know, turkey meat is a little tough. If your meat does not reach the softness you want, I suggest you cook it by adding a little more hot water than the recipe says. love..

Ingredients for Turkey Sautee Recipe
- 400 g cubed turkey meat (I used thigh meat)
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- 6-7 sprigs of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or olive oil
- Half a glass of hot water
- salt, paprika, black pepper
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion piyaz and rub it with a little salt to get rid of the bitterness. Drain the softened onions and mix with the chopped parsley.
- Take the margarine in the pot, add the meat on it when it melts, and fry it on medium heat until it releases its water and absorbs it. Add the onions to the meat that absorbs the water and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the tomato paste and fry, then add the water and spices and mix.
- Close the lid of the pot and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates.
- Serve hot with rice.
Another great recipe, I made it and my sautéed turkey was delicious. Thank you for your efforts ❤️
Thank you so much. Thank you :)
Hello, Ms. Nilay, I follow your blog with incredible curiosity and great pleasure. I created a mini food archive for myself with many of your recipes. I especially appreciate your explanation for being very understandable. I tried this recipe last week, it was really delicious. Thanks for all your hard work. I will continue to follow you. Cooking is really my biggest hobby and thanks to you, I prepare very successful menus and I have never been embarrassed :-)
Thank you Nurcan :) Best regards…
I tried to make the recipe. I used the roast sauce of a brand called kotanyi on it, let's see how it will taste, we will test the taste with the guests tomorrow :)
What is your site's daily unique hit? Since you haven't opened it that much :S By the way, get well soon.
Thank you Gökhan, the reason for the closure of the site is not only related to the single hit, but it is always 800 online, although it is variable.
