Hello Dear Friends,

When the weather suddenly turned from summer to winter, we started to look for hot meals instead of such light and cold meals. This time, we had the opportunity to cook and eat the roast, one of my favorite recipes, with chickpeas :)

We love roasted chickpeas. I made my own roasting I already add onions while it's cooking. Therefore, I do not need to add extra onions. Since it is already oily, I add very, very little when adding yak. If you have boiled or canned chickpeas at home, this recipe will make your job much easier.

Ingredients for Roasted Chickpeas Recipe

  • 3 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 10 tablespoons of roasting
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 1-2 green peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper & tomato mixed paste
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1,5 water glass of water

Fabrication:

  1. Put the butter in the pan, add the finely chopped peppers and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomato paste and continue frying until the smell is gone.
  3. Add the chickpeas and roasted chickpeas and fry until the oil of the roast is melted.
  4. Add hot water, salt and pepper and mix.
  5. Cook the roasted chickpeas on low heat until the water is absorbed, serve hot.
