Quince Dessert
Today, our recipes are generally for those who like light meals. This is a very light and delicious dessert. It's pretty easy to make, but it's often very difficult to get the color right. In my experiments so far, the most beautiful color is in winter. of winter quince I noticed you got it. Of course, if he is stubborn sometimes, no matter what you do, the color may not be the way you want.
In cases where the color is not what you want, you can use a small amount of powder or gel food coloring as a supplement. Just don't overdo it, otherwise it will give the dessert a bitter taste.

Materials:
- 4 quinces
- 2 cups sugar
- su
For the above:
- Slide
- pistachio
Fabrication:
- Cut the quinces in half, peel the skins, remove the seeds and set aside, keep them in water with lemon so that the quinces do not turn black.
- Place the quince you cut in half in a large pot.
- Throw in some quince peel and seeds (add food coloring with the tip of a toothpick if using).
- Pour all the sugar evenly over the quinces.
- Add water until half of the quinces are over.
- Cook on low heat until the quinces are soft and take on their color.
- After cooling, add the cream on them and serve by sprinkling the peanuts.
Place quince seeds and three or four quince leaves at the bottom of the bowl where you will make the dessert so that it is jellied and has a beautiful color, and you will see how delicious it is.
It tastes good with turnips, but it has a shape similar to cabbage, not like purchased water, if you take it from it, it gives a red color too ;)
I put a teaspoon of walnuts in the quinces before the cream. It is very good.
Friends, I put cloves, cinnamon and quince seeds in it and cook it, it tastes perfect. I recommend it when it comes to color, you don't need to add food coloring or anything additional. If you don't have cream, it suits you with whipped cream. Bon appetit :)
I filled the boiled quinces with crushed walnuts and cinnamon, covered them with biscuits so that they wouldn't spill, and placed them on the tray with the biscuits down… I cooked cream on the other side, I poured cream on all of them… While the cream was still hot, I poured plenty of coconut oil and left it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to both cool and rest… I strongly recommend
it's a great blessing for me :):):) it's a great blessing for me :)
Food coloring is not required for the red color. I made the jam recently. It even turned into a very dark red with just sugar and boiling.
Friends, while the quinces are cooking, I pour a little bit of beverage powder into it and it turns out very nice. I recommend it. Nazo or something like this is one of them.
so how does it color...
With puerperal sugar, its color is like red, you can do this with the seeds in the quince. You can find puerperal sugar in all Lokman doctors.
No beets! That's what my mom says! This is not pickled!
I will try your recipe and I will be making it for the first time.thanks
Is food coloring healthy? Where can I buy food coloring if it's healthy? If I wanted to go to the market, they wouldn't look at me as if they saw the devil.
I applied exactly what you said. The quinces swelled up as if I had thrown baking soda. Even though they had been boiling for half an hour in very low heat, the quinces became soft and they were pale even if I touched them. The quinces I bought were very good, they smelled very good and they were juicy and delicious. I wonder if there is something we don't know… also we are in winter in December then winter quince in quinces ???
You need to make these with puerperal sherbet, then its color will not be yellow, it will be red, then it should not be too soft. I usually cook it for 25 minutes on the tray for 25 minutes in the oven to make it nice, now my friends say beetroot, I tried it with beetroot.
it looks good yo and i'll try and see what happens kkk :)
I put the core of the quinces as you said, while they are cooking, but the color is yellow and the taste is slightly sour, I put 2 subardagi of sugar, I cooked it on low heat, but I think it did not work.
hello.as nilay said, the trick is to cook it on low heat. After boiling, we turn it down. When it is cooked for 2 or 2 and a half hours, its color is very beautiful. Depending on the type of quince, it may be a little dark, but it gets a nice color.
thanks for giving this information
I'm going to try it too, it's delicious, it's sweet
I think my advice is to try it, it's a great thing so I tried it and it was great
yes, beetroot changes its taste, don't put it in, its red color is not in its core, it's not that red, I use food coloring, so it turns red like in the picture, my friends.
I made it about 10 times by putting the color beetroot and there was absolutely no change in taste. food coloring is not natural!! If you want, put one cherry per half quince. Remove when the cherries release their color
It was very nice, I was able to make the taste and color exactly, thank you.
Use barberry candy to color the quince dessert. it gets both natural (herbal) and the color you want. You can find measles candy in herbalists…
how do you make the color red
You can give the color of the heather with quince seeds, if it is not enough, I recommend using red food coloring.
with food coloring
hello; beet is used for the color of the quince dessert. I wonder if there will be a change in the taste?
Beets certainly do not change the taste. I've done it like 10 times.
You can also put whiskey if you want. One cherry per half quince.
I'm going to cook it now, how will it look for the first time, but I definitely don't want to use food coloring
I have a 3-year-old son, I don't want it to be harmful to him, I will use pomegranate juice for him, let's see how it will be, enjoy it in advance :)
I just made it. It's cooking. I added 1 pomegranate juice to give it color. Let's see how it turns out???
How many minutes will it cook?
Well, my mother is thinking of making it, but I have never eaten it, do you think it's too sweet?
dear ladies, puerperal sugar gives color to the quince dessert. They make the real quince dessert with puerperal SUGAR, it has a different flavor of bidet. It gives that room is very important.
merhaba
I did a few things in addition to this recipe. I sliced the beetroot while it was cooking, I also added pomegranate juice, but it is not necessary. It definitely gives the color beetroot very well. Quince seeds also increase its consistency, make sure to use it. Also, I left it slightly watery and cooked it in the oven to absorb its water. It's been great. I put the quinces in the pot with their hollow parts facing inward. .D
Well done Nilüfer lady, for those who don't want to use food coloring, beetroot is a great solution.
I'm in a sweet crisis again :) In times like these, I usually prefer milky desserts, but I saw that there is quince at home, I suddenly got excited. I said an opportunity for the quince dessert that I wanted to try for a long time, and I got to work, I was a little nervous about the color, and after reading the comments, it went with the addition of pomegranate juice. After cooking for about 2 hours and resting for 1 45 minutes, I will taste it and continue my comment :))
I put 1 2 slices of red beetroot at the bottom of the pot, its color was super, it was recommended. It got a more beautiful red color than my request.
Next to the quince seeds, they add grated apple with its peel and cinnamon, boil it and then bake it, I recommend it, and whipped cream is really successful on top of it...
For those who do not want to use food coloring, my suggestion is to add 1 pomegranate juice while the quinces are cooking. desired red color can be obtained.
It looks very nice, I swear I'm bored now I'll do it
I'm making Quince Dessert right now, but even though I throw the seeds in it, it's still yellow... . I was actually surprised. I don't want to use food coloring because it's natural.
Hello Gulsah,
It is enough to throw the seeds that give that redness to the quince while it is cooking, but let me give you another little trick.
– While it is cooking, you can add a little red powdered food coloring with the tip of a toothpick.

Your quince dessert looks amazing, but as it is known, quince is yellow, but I would be very happy if you wrote what you used for your quince dessert, red. Could you give the answer to the question?
oh this looks great, it's 9 in the morning and I want to eat quince dessert :))
