Pasta Salad with Purslane
Everyone hello,
I haven't had a chance to sit in front of the computer today. Frankly, I was not very happy because of the ongoing flu&allergies. The drugs I use, especially the allergy medicine, make you incredibly tired. Added to the malaise, the soul does not want to do anything and eat.
At times like these, I like to mix my favorite ingredients and prepare practical recipes, so that something that goes beyond the standards and whets my appetite comes out.
You can use purslane and carrot raw in your salad if you wish. If you like it, you can mix 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the yogurt.

Ingredients for Purslane Pasta Salad Recipe
- Half a bunch of purslane
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 glasses of yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Half a pack of pasta
- salt, pepper
Fabrication:
- Peel and grate the carrots. Take vegetable oil in the pan, add the carrots and sauté until soft.
- Wash the purslane, chop it and boil it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Boil the pasta for 7-8 minutes (it tastes a little) and drain.
- Crush 2 cloves of garlic. Mix all the ingredients in the pot, adjust the salt and place on the serving plate.
- Serve warm or cold.
