Pumpkin Sour Meatballs
Hello Dear Friends,
I am in a busy or busy week, the day is officially not enough. I don't finish my work before 2-3 am. When I say night sessions with the girl, I don't understand how the time passes between the early morning and starting a new day.
There are also birthday preparations this week. Actually, I wasn't planning to do anything for the 1st year, but somehow I found myself in the organization without realizing it :) With the comfort of being born on the same day as my daughter, I would go away from time to time :)
As for our sour meatballs, this idea belonged to my school friend Devran. He said, "Let's make a recipe that suits the season," and it came out with pumpkin and sour meatballs. Definitely a flavor you should try!

Materials:
- 500 g pumpkin
- 1 egg yolks
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3-3,5 glasses of water
For the meatballs:
- 250 gr mince
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon of rice
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of flour to make the meatballs
For service:
- fresh basil
How to Make Pumpkin Sour Meatballs Recipe?
- Take the minced meat, grated onion (squeeze the juice with your hands), washed filtered rice, parsley, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and knead.
- Break off pieces from the minced meat and roll it with your hands.
- Put the pumpkin in the pot, add water to it and let it boil.
- Dip the meatballs you prepared in flour, add them to the pot and let it boil.
For dressing;
- Whisk the lemon juice and egg yolk in a bowl. Take 1 ladle of boiling water and add little by little to the seasoning mix and mix.
- After the seasoning is well-warmed, add it to the pot and mix.
- Boil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the finely chopped basil, bring it to a boil and serve it by taking it off the stove.
