Pumpkin Vaccine
I loved this zucchini dish made by my dear colleague Bengü's beloved mother. My strength brought this delicious food to work, so I did not miss the opportunity and took pictures of it immediately.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Vaccine Recipe
- 5-6 zucchini
- 2 medium onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- Dill, parsley, fresh or dried mint,
- Half cup of rice
- 2 sugar cube
- 1–1,5 cups of hot water
- salt
Fabrication:
- Onions and tomatoes are peeled and cut into edibles. The zucchini is peeled and first sliced transversely, then each slice is divided into 2 in the middle.
- Onions are taken into the pot, oil, salt and sugar are added and roasted until they turn pink and tomatoes are added. Add the zucchini and mix.
- Add in rice and mix 2-3 more times. Hot water is added to the dish and cooked on low heat for 20-25 minutes. is cooked. It is served by adding fresh dill, parsley, fresh or dried mint.

I'm trying the recipe right now, but the tomato juice was enough for me, I didn't need to add hot water if necessary, I hope it will be good.
I use bulgur, not rice in this dish, it tastes delicious :) I recommend it…
