Pumpkin Brownie

Now I don't know if it will come 2 or 3 in total, but they will all be pumpkin recipes :) The heart always wants to share more, but pregnancy is starting to get aggravated :) Now it's time to prepare a bag out of style. In our first recipe, it is one of my favorite recipes to cook at home with its practicality and taste. Brownie. Once I get the consistency I want, I always prepare my recipe by going around the same measurements 3 or 5 more.
This week, I prepared a pumpkin brownie with 2 different methods. Both were very delicious, but I decided to share it with you because I liked the visual of this recipe more. I hope you try it soon.
You can use directly boiled pumpkins in this recipe, but You can use my pumpkin puree recipe.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Brownie Recipe
- 200g butter
- 2 packages of 60% cocoa chocolate (160 g)
- 1 water glass flour
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cups pumpkin puree
Instructions
- If available, melt the butter in a bain-marie if not in the microwave (1 minute in the microwave is sufficient).
- Add the chocolate, which you cut into small pieces, to the butter and leave to cool, stirring until it melts.
- Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.
- When the eggs and sugar are well mixed, add the flour by sifting and mix.
- Add half of the egg mixture you prepared to the butter chocolate and mix. Add 1 cup of pumpkin puree to the other half and mix.
- Spread two-thirds of the chocolate mixture into the mold you have lined with wax paper. Spread the pumpkin mixture on top. Drop the last chocolate mixture that you set aside on the pumpkin mixture with the help of a spoon.
- Make a pattern by mixing the two doughs together with the help of a skewer or knife.
- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
- Slice your brownie out of the oven when it comes to room temperature and serve.

I asked 4 days ago, is the oven where I will make a normal brownie, 160 degrees fan or fanziz? Every time I make brownies I have trouble cooking :(
