Practical Pumpkin with Baked Cheese
If you say that you are one of those who love every form of pumpkin, I am sure you will love this version. A delicious way to make use of stale breads and leftover cheeses at home is practical zucchini with cheese in the oven.
We already know that zucchini cooks pretty fast. Therefore, there is absolutely no need to fry or boil it before putting it in the oven.
While the outside is cooked crunchy, the inside remains slightly tart, but it does not lose its unique taste and sugar.
When you roll the breads (which must be stale) through the rondo, don't get too hung up on the large pieces that remain inside, they all come to the same crunchyness in the end.

- 2 cups stale breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 pieces of eggs
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and peel the zucchini and slice into ½ inch thick slices.
- Put the stale bread in a blender and crumble as much as you can.
- Mix 1 cup of fresh cheddar cheese, bread, salt and pepper in the same bowl.
- Grease the baking dish with half the olive oil.
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Dip the zucchini slices first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the zucchini in order in the baking dish. Fry in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it is like a pomegranate and serve hot.
Very nice recipe, thank you, but the children did not like the way it came to the tooth. I'm going to try and pretend to be steaming it lightly.
Hello Mrs. Nilay
I made this recipe of yours yesterday, it was delicious. I can't stand it even while I'm typing this right now :)) the bread was crunchy thanks to you .. I think it's very healthy too . It does not fry in oil. Thank you very much. I will do it to my guests.
Good luck with your hands :)
Hello, is it okay if we put breadcrumbs instead of bread?
No, unfortunately. You can take stale bread or pita in the rondo.
It is perfect with flour, baking soda, yogurt and dill instead of bread :)
