Practical Oatmeal Breakfast

During the summer, I traveled for both business and leisure. I went to the famous places of the cities I visited and tasted the local delicacies as much as possible. Of course, not to mention the recipes made for the projects...
So after a long time, I gained a lot of weight :) As you know, my job is challenging in this regard. When I say marathon shoots for meetings, invitations, projects, I either cook or think of food.
Anyway, I'm not someone who likes to have breakfast outside with ready-made pastries, rolls or pastries. I loved it when I was in high school, but as I got older, it started to hurt my stomach. Recently, I took another look at the list my dietitian gave me. When I don't have time or every day cucumber tomato etc. When I get bored of having breakfast with you, I prepare a practical breakfast with oatmeal. I also like to drink green tea with jasmine.
Either I'm late, I don't have time, I have a snack on the way or I have lunch, now you can prepare and consume your oats in 5 minutes.
Instead of figs, you can also use one small apple, pear, tangerine or orange.

Ingredients for Practical Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 4 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 7-8 almonds or 3 whole walnuts
- 1 medium fig (you can also sweeten it with other fruits in season)
- cinnamon
Fabrication:
- Mix the yogurt and oatmeal in the bowl you will serve.
- While the oats are softening, grind the pecans or almonds.
- Slice the fruits you will use and pour into the bowl, finally add cinnamon and serve.
