Hello dear friends,

The weather is so hot that I don't want to eat. After a forced bite of 1-2 bites, I spend my day drinking water and soda. I'm trying to prepare alternative recipes in case I have a little appetite no matter what I prepare. Last night, I decided to make a hearty and refreshing salad next to watermelon & cheese, the inseparable duo of summer.

I have always loved the combination of Garlic + Yogurt + Potatoes. On top of that, I prepared a practical salad by adding my spring onions and basil in the pot.

Yes, boiled potatoes are a delicacy that I always love to eat and present. And I think it is the food that can be consumed lightly in this hot weather. I don't have a fixed fir recipe because I add different ingredients every time I make it. Yours seems to be very tasty too, Bon appetit.
