Potato Meal with Leftover Stuffed Minced Meat

Hello Dear Friends,

I used to stretch the minced meat leftover from the stuffed zucchini I cooked the other day and keep it in the fridge. While I was thinking that I would use it for rice soup, I thought it would be delicious. I looked in the closet, neither zucchini nor eggplant remained :) As a last resort, I turned to potatoes, I cooked good potatoes. Me too, my dear Mrs. Nehir loved the food very much.

I swear, I liked it very much when it was like a ready meal. After that, I make a little more stuffing and throw it in the freezer :) Of course, I added 4 teaspoon of tomato paste to it, since it is about 1 tablespoons for stuffing. You look at the situation now.

Ingredients for Potato Dish Recipe from Stuffed Stuffed with Leftover Meat

• 4 tablespoons of stuffed minced meat (stuffed zucchini here)
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 medium potatoes
• 2 water glass of water
• salt
• parsley

Fabrication:

1. Peel the potatoes, chop them into large edibles.
2. Take the olive oil in the pot, add the stuffed stuffing and tomato paste and fry it.
3. Add the potatoes and mix 3-4 times.
4. Add water, salt and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are soft.
5. Sprinkle a generous amount of parsley on top of the dish and serve.
