Since we will be in a rush for a wedding next weekend, we decided to reserve this weekend for ourselves. Good thing we did, because I was about to crack now.
We went to Çengelköy for breakfast on Sunday morning. You know, the Çınaraltı family tea garden is very famous. He closes his breakfast on the weekends and enjoys his breakfast with conversation, accompanied by the unique view of beautiful Istanbul. When the weather starts to warm up, I will definitely go to Çengelköy every 2 weeks.
This week, we discovered a mulberry tree in the side street where we parked our car. I can't tell you how happy I was to eat mulberry from its branch after years. If you want to do something different on weekends, I suggest you go on a journey from Kuzguncuk to Beykoz…
Now let's come to our potato hash… What we commonly do is gourd gourd In fact, when we say there is mucver in the evening, it appears right in front of our eyes.
But many things like zucchini can be made into mucveri. These can be potatoes, carrots, spinach or mixed vegetables that I have described.
You can also try to make different types of mucver by mixing your leftover vegetables at home.

Ingredients for Potato Hash Recipe
- 1 large potato (250 g)
- half a cup of feta cheese
- 1 pieces of eggs
- half a cup of flour
- 1 pinch of parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup of oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potato and put it in a deep bowl. Grate the feta cheese and add it to the potatoes.
- Add flour, eggs and finely chopped parsley to the bowl and mix.
- After adding salt according to the salt of your cheese and adding black pepper according to your taste, continue mixing.
- Heat the oil in a wide pan. Take 1 tablespoon of the mucver mortar and carefully drop it into the pan. Spread the mortar by pressing with the back of the spoon.
- Cook the mucver from front to back. Serve hot or warm.

I also love hash browns, but I haven't eaten since I was sensitive to eggs in the food intolerance test. I make cakes and pastries without eggs, but mucver??? Do you have any suggestions?? it looks very nice too.. you put salt in my wound……..

or
