Peppered bread
Selda lady ff is one of the people I follow with pleasure. As soon as I shared the pepper bread on his feed, I said this is the recipe I was looking for, and I asked for the recipe for you as well as for myself. I thank them for sharing these delicious breads with us and wish them well.
Ingredients for Pepper Bread Recipe
For dough:
4 glasses of flour
Half a pack (20 g) fresh yeast
1 cup of warm milk
1 tea cup oil
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt (The amount of flour and milk can be increased or decreased for the consistency of the dough)
For the mortar:
1 medium red peppers
2 pieces of green pepper
1 large tomato
1 onions
few cloves of garlic
One teaspoon of chili paste
salt, pepper, cumin, thyme
Half a mold of feta cheese (curd, cheddar, string cheese or village cheese can also be used).
Fabrication:
Mix warm milk and sugar. Add the yeast and wait for it to become foamy. Then take the oil and flour into the kneading bowl and knead until you get a dough as soft as an earlobe.
Finely chop all the ingredients for the mortar, add the spices and mix.
Pour the mixture onto the yeast dough prepared and spread on a baking tray (left to rise for about an hour), and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the edges and bottom are browned. Serve by slicing.
