Baked Pasta with Béchamel Sauce
I had guests for dinner on Friday night, the first recipe that came to my mind when I got off work Pasta with Béchamel Sauce It happened… When I prepared a practical vegetable dish, we had a very enjoyable dinner, and I wasn't too tired.

Ingredients for Baked Béchamel Pasta Recipe
- 1 package of baked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt
- Water + 1 pinch of salt for boiling
For inside:
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of grated white cheese
- Salt (do not add if the feta cheese is salty)
For the above:
- 2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
For the bechamel sauce:
- 4 tablespoon of margarine or butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 water glass milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 small pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Fabrication:
- Add plenty of water, 2 tablespoons of oil and salt to a deep pot. Boil the pasta so that it is not very soft (I boil it for almost 6-8 minutes).
- Strain the boiled pasta through cold water and leave it in a strainer to drain.
- For the bechamel sauce, put the butter and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes color (it will smell good when done). While adding the milk little by little, mix it by whisking (if you have it, it will be great in a blender or mixer.)
- When the sauce has a thick consistency, add the feta cheese and remove it from the stove. In a large bowl, mix the macaroni, bechamel sauce and half a glass of cheddar cheese.
- Immediately put the mixed pasta in the container that you will use the oven. (I prefer porcelain ovenware, but it is good in my pyrex.)
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on it and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
- Let the baked pasta rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
I put two scoops of flour, two scoops of butter, three and a half scoops of milk, salt and pepper, and added cheese, dill or parsley on top of it.
