Ingredients for Orange Souffle Recipe

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar (170 g),
  • Juice of 3 oranges (200 ml),
  • 1 lemon zest,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour (20 g),
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (15 g),
  • 2 packages of biscuits (200 gr),
  • 2 glasses of milk (280 ml),
  • 1 packet of vanilla,
  • Half a pack of Coconut Grated (10 gr),
  • 1 ball Carte d'Or Classic Lemon Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Put the milk and granulated sugar in the saucepan and let it melt.
  2. Add the rice flour, orange juice, lemon zest and vanilla and cook until it reaches the consistency of custard.
  3. Take it off the heat and add the egg and oil, mix it with a mixer and let it cool.
  4. Break the biscuits into small pieces, mix them with the cooled pudding and divide into bowls.
  5. Leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes, then take it to the lower part of the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of coconut on top and a scoop of lemon ice cream.
