Orange Cheesecake

Hilal lady's delicious recipe is in your presence. Good luck to you, Hilal Ms.
Ingredients for Orange Cheesecake Recipe
For the Cake Base:
- 1 packs of oatmeal biscuits
- Half a pack of biscuits
- 50 g butter
For the Cheese Ingredients:
- 2 packages Labneh Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cream or 1 tea glass of yogurt (I used yogurt)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 packaged vanilla
For the Orange Jelly:
- 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 water glass of water
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of starch (to be opened with water)
- 1 cup of almonds (I didn't use)
Fabrication:
- For the cake base, grind the biscuits into flour in the rondo. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits, press it firmly to the bottom of the cuff and let it rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- For the cheese mixture, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer, add the labneh and yoghurt and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites in another bowl until they become snow, add the flour and vanilla and continue beating. Add the mixture to the cheese mixture and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Pour the mixture on the biscuit base and bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Mix the orange juice, water, sugar and starch in a saucepan until it turns into a jelly and cook. Let it cool. Pour it over the cheesecake and keep it in the fridge. Enjoy your meal.

I tried this recipe and it turned out great. Neither the bottom broke nor cracks occurred. A very successful recipe.
Hi everyone, we made this recipe with my wife, we had fun, we soaked the surroundings and we tried it :) once, the cream inside was very nice, there is no problem with it, but the bottom of the cake broke up a bit, we kept it in the refrigerator for as long as it was said, but... maybe a little more oil. We have to use it. And we tried to make chocolate on top of it, not orange.. and although it was something with pudding consistency, we poured it and ate our cheesecake with chocolate pudding..:)
Greetings. I have been wanting to make cheesecake for a long time, but I could not find the recipe I wanted. In all recipes, cheesecakes are biscuit-based. I would like to make it with dough. Thanks in advance.

I would be very grateful if you could give information, thanks in advance
Hello Derya,
First of all, I congratulate you on your perseverance and achievements. As long as I have good readers like you, I want to do and share more. It would be better if you have a clamp mold, but you can also use a tart mold. love..
